Seat Registration
This is for businesses or organisations to register a Sociable Seat.
You will first need to create an account and then provide the seat details.
Creating an Account
Below are 3 simple steps to create your account.
- Select ‘Seat Registration’ below.
- You will be taken to a “Membership Checkout” page. This page asks you to provide basic profile information, including your name (optional), desired username, email address, and password.
- Seat Registrants are asked to pay a small annual fee per year to cover our administration costs. You will also be asked to enter billing and payment information in order to complete your annual membership subscription. Your access will not be confirmed until a successful subscription payment has been received. Annual fees will be collected automatically on the renewal date.
Add Location and Seat Information
Seat Registrants will need to add detailed information about their Sociable Seat. A single map marker will be added to the ‘Find a Seat’ map for each seat registered. A single account can only register one specific location. However, if that location has multiple seats, e.g. one indoors and one outdoors, then that information can be provided. Thus, a single account may have multiple seats registered at a single location, indicated by a single map marker.
Large organisations which own multiple physical sites will need to register each physical location separately.
